The big room. The situation of the hotel can not be considered central, if you do not mind walking 20 minutes that situation is not bad. Most of the tour is on a street with a lot of atmosphere, except for the one closest to the hotel. If you go by car it is not a bad option. The hotel has parking for 10 euros, although you can't book it and when we went it was busy. They gave me an option of another parking lot that works with them, but 15 euro a night. In the street of the hotel there is a part that is a blue zone and another one that is free, if you are lucky you can find parking. You can also park in the front door of the hotel (Jane), which apparently are from the same chain.
Breakfast was very scarce and some days the cake and bread were gone and I asked the replacement if I could bring more and she said it was over, there was still half an hour of breakfast left.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel, no complaints whatsoever. It was a perfect and magnificent location near historic Florence and the old centre. The breakfast had variety of food, like cakes and pastries: D

The property is fairly clean; well-equipped and impeccably clean rooms; great bed. Good breakfast with cakes and pastries available. Location next to the surrounding area, main attractions and Florence by bus. For tea or coffee visit Caffetteria Piansa nearby. What a real good stay, no reason to complain.

The hotel building is very modern, and it looks like it has been recently remodeled (everything looks like new). The room was air-conditioned, so you could indicate the desired temperature and it was maintained. The breakfast is very abundant, complete and of quality. The attention is outstanding. The cleanliness, impeccable. The hotel is very well located: we did not have to use any means of transport during our stay, and we could walk to the main attractions of Florence. It's right outside the restricted area for vehicles and has a private parking lot, so it's ideal if you have a car (although the parking lot is not very big, so I recommend booking it in advance before you arrive, especially on weekends or in high season).
The parking lot could have been bigger. However, considering the location, this is understandable.

Disgusting breakfast! Payment have preliminary removed from a card, but at departure have again demanded payment by cash, asserting that from a card did not remove, and have simply requested presence of money on a card. The second week has gone, despite letters money for a card have not returned yet!!!

Close to bus stop, near supermarket, only 15 mins on the bus to get to all the sights. Beds were good and clean. Room was decent. We had a triple for only 2 people.
Pillows were a little hard

This hotel is located at about a 15/ 20 minutes walk from the city center and is simple and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. I stayed with my spouse and 6 year old. The area is lovely, good restaurants, not too crowded and a nice relieve from the busy city center. The beds are very comfortable though slightly on the hard side, which I did not mind but you have to like, and when I asked about a flatter pillow they arranged one for me immediately. The included breakfast is fine though I would have loved something hearty like some cheese with the bread. They have bicycles you can rent for the day in the hotel that make it very easy to get around the city, the center is about 5 minutes away by bike. I would certainly come back to this hotel and would recommend it.
Something hearty with breakfast.

Maintenance is needed for the soap holder and the room safe. Wi-Fi lacked reliability during peak hours!!!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Most spoke English, and we don't speak Italian, so we appreciated their effort. They always helped us, regardless of request. Made sure cab was their at 5:15 A.M. so we could make our departing flight.
A bit far from main attractions (if you consider a 15-minute walk long). Just on a general street, so kind of lackluster in terms of ambience.

Good location to the old city of Florence.
No parking available. Had to park 400 meters away in public parking.

For a 2 star hotel I was impressed with the level of facilities e.g. presence of a safe and fridge in the room. I was also very grateful for the staff contacting us when we left an item in the safe when we left Florence.
The night porter (usually on duty between 8pm - 8am) does not speak any English. We encountered a problem one night when we needed to ask for a parking permit for our hire car and he could not help us.

Big, clean and spacy rooms, great location, in a walking distance from the historical centre. A lot of nice restourants nearby.
Very limited breakfast.
